We are looking for energetic and service oriented individuals to promote the sale of luxury and designer items.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships by ensuring expectations are met, issues are resolved and satisfaction is guaranteed
- Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers
- Maintain thorough understanding of company products, services and features in order to meet customer needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally at all times to customers, providing exceptional friendly service
Qualifications
- Previous relevant customer service experience
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Experience using computer software including Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to work some Saturdays
- Bilingualism would be an asset
